How do I know which Orthotics are right for me?
We offer an easy-to-use interactive quiz that helps determine the best Orthotics for your needs. Answer a few quick questions, and we'll recommend the best fit for your condition.
Can I wear these Orthotics in any type of shoes?
No. Orthotics fit best in shoes with enough depth, a removable insole, and a rounded toe box—such as trainers, leather shoes, walking shoes and boots. If a shoe does not have enough space such as court shoes, or narrow-toed boots; a ¾ metatarsal-length orthotic is recommended to provide support while fitting more comfortably.
How long does it take to feel the benefits?
This varies from person to person. Most people settle into a new orthotic within one to two weeks, and we suggest a few weeks of consistent wear to get used to them comfortably. It is recommended to give orthotics at least 8 weeks of consistent wear to assess their full effect.
Are your Orthotics suitable for people with specific foot conditions?
Our orthotics are designed to provide support and cushioning, and are a popular choice for people who want extra comfort, including those with flat feet, high arches or who spend long hours on their feet. Take our quiz to find the best fit for you.
Podiatrist-designed foot support
Stance Orthotics was founded by a Podiatrist who saw that many generic orthotics lacked support and often increased discomfort.

What is an Orthotic?
Orthotics are medical-grade shoe inserts worn inside shoes to support proper foot alignment, improve biomechanics, and relieve pain caused by structural or functional imbalances. They help enhance stability and promote healthier movement.
